Our Communications

We use HubSpot, a third-party service provider, to store and manage your personal information. HubSpot complies with industry-standard data protection measures and operates in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy regulations. We may send you messages relating to the availability of the Services, security, or other service-related issues.
User Communications
From time to time, we may allow you to send certain communications on our Services. In this event, the recipient may be able to see your name, email address, and some network information.
We currently use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit atxdefense.com, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to atxdefense.com. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. If you object to any of the changes, you may request to have your data deleted and stop further marketing communications from ATX Defense.
Using our Services after a notice of changes has been communicated to you or published on our Services shall constitute consent to the changed terms or practices.
