I’m ready for an assessment. Do you do gap analysis?
We do not. As a C3PAO, we can perform a mock CMMC Level 2 assessment before conducting a certification assessment. A gap analysis typically includes remediation recommendations, which would prevent us from conducting the same organization’s certification assessment.
Do you help clients prepare for their CMMC certification assessment?
Absolutely. Every CMMC Space client has our full support before and during a CMMC assessment. As an Authorized C3PAO, we know exactly what assessors will look for and help guide you to a successful outcome.
Are your teams cleared to handle sensitive or classified information?
Yes, as a C3PAO, our assessors are properly vetted and certified to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) while conducting formal assessments. Exposure to CUI would be to verify that a contractor meets specific controls that protect sensitive data. to verify that a contractor meets CMMC Level 2 requirements, which are specifically in place to protect such sensitive data and maintain a secure supply chain. Classified information is not part of the CMMC program, although most of our team also possesses security clearances.
